As a professional global TPU paint protection film manufacturer, NachTek adheres to the "quality source from production" concept, and has built a standardized, automated and intelligent production system. Our production base is located in Guangzhou, China, covering a complete industrial chain supporting advantage. We integrate advanced production equipment, strict quality control and professional R&D capabilities to ensure that every roll of PPF product meets global quality standards and can stably supply bulk orders to customers around the world.

Production workshop and core equipment

  • Standardized Production Workshop: Covering an area of 5,000+ square meters, the workshop adopts a dust-free purification design (Class 10000), with constant temperature and humidity control system (temperature 22±2℃, humidity 50±5%). It is divided into raw material storage area, coating production area, slitting area, quality inspection area and finished product warehouse, realizing scientific and orderly production process layout and avoiding cross-contamination. The workshop is equipped with professional ventilation and environmental protection equipment, complying with global environmental protection production standards (such as EU REACH, RoHS).
  • Core Automated Production Equipment: We have introduced 8 sets of advanced automatic coating production lines (model: KSD-800) from South Korea, with a maximum coating speed of 60m/min and coating precision of ±0.001mm, ensuring uniform coating thickness and stable product performance. Equipped with 3 high-precision slitting machines (model: SLD-1500) with automatic tension control function, which can realize slitting of 1.27m-1.65m width specifications, and the slitting precision reaches ±0.5mm, meeting the customized size needs of global customers. In addition, there are 4 automatic packaging machines (model: FZD-300) with automatic film wrapping, labeling and coding functions, which can complete the packaging of 1000+ rolls per day, improving packaging efficiency and ensuring the integrity of products during global transportation.

End-to-end production control system

We have established a full-process quality control system covering "raw material selection - production process - semi-finished product inspection - finished product delivery", and each link implements international standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure product consistency and stability.    

  • Raw Material Selection: We only cooperate with top 5 global TPU base material suppliers (such as BASF from Germany, Covestro) to ensure the high quality of raw materials. Each batch of raw materials must pass 8+ professional tests (including tensile strength, elongation at break, yellowing resistance, etc.) before entering the warehouse, and the test report is available for global customers to check.
  • Core Coating Process: Adopt advanced "double-coating double-curing" technology, the first layer is a high-adhesion base coating, and the second layer is a self-healing functional coating. The whole process is controlled by an intelligent computer system, real-time monitoring of coating temperature, speed and thickness, and automatic adjustment of parameters to avoid manual errors.  
  • Precision Slitting: According to the customer's order specifications, the slitting machine automatically adjusts the width and length, and after slitting, each roll of product is subjected to dimensional inspection and appearance inspection (no burrs, no wrinkles, no dust) to ensure that the product size meets the order requirements.    
  • Strict Quality Inspection: Set up an independent quality inspection center, equipped with 12 sets of professional testing equipment (UV aging tester, wear resistance tester, hydrophobicity tester, tensile testing machine, etc.). Each batch of finished products randomly selects 5% of the samples for comprehensive performance testing, and only the products that pass all indicators (such as light transmittance ≥95%, hydrophobic angle ≥105°, self-healing rate ≥98%) can be delivered.    
  • Automated Packaging & Delivery: The qualified finished products are sent to the automatic packaging line, wrapped with moisture-proof film and corrugated carton, and labeled with product information (specification, batch number, production date, quality certification) and global transportation marks (such as FBA, GHS). The finished product warehouse adopts WMS intelligent management system to realize real-time monitoring of inventory and fast outbound.

R&D Center and Testing Capabilities

As the core driving force of product innovation, NachTek R&D Center covers an area of 800+ square meters, equipped with a professional R&D team of 15+ people, including 5 senior engineers with 10+ years of PPF industry experience and 3 foreign technical consultants. The R&D center is equipped with a complete set of advanced testing equipment, committed to the research and innovation of TPU base material, coating technology and product performance, and has obtained 10+ national invention patents and utility model patents.
